Meteor Group continues to optimize its operations.

Until recently, Meteor Group consisted of four companies:

• Meteor d.o.o. Đakovo,
• Labud d.o.o. Zagreb,
• Badel d.o.o. Sisak and
• Badel 1862 d.d. Zagreb.

Following status changes, Badel d.o.o. Sisak was merged with Labud d.o.o. Zagreb on October 6th 2018, and Meteor d.o.o. Đakovo was merged with Labud d.o.o. Zagreb on December 1st 2018.

These changes will serve as a catalyst for further synergies of our operations, they will strengthen our market position, decrease complexities, improve business processes and lead to cost optimization. This will not affect any employment contracts and all rights and obligations will preserve their form and scope.

Finally, Labud d.o.o. Zagreb will change its name to Meteor Grupa – Labud d.o.o. while company HQ will remain in Zagreb.
