For over 70 years, Labud has been the leading Croatian detergent and cleaning product manufacturer.
Our products are part of every household and they have even become synonyms for their categories. Čarli, Sanitar, Permetal, Super Jon, Meri Merino and Oliver are the most popular ones, both in Croatia and in the surrounding region. They have won numerous awards for excellence and carry international quality labels, but more importantly – they have gained the trust of consumers that use them every day.
Since the very first year of our existence, we have focused on innovation and high quality solutions. We were the first on the market to introduce a bioactive detergent for hand and machine washing of white and colored clothes (Cin). We introduced the first abrasive agent (Jon), liquid detergent for hand dishwashing (Čarli), the first universal bathroom cleaning agent (Sanitar 5) as well as the first detergent for hand and machine washing of delicate fabrics (Meri Merino).
In 2015, Labud became a member of the Meteor Group, which assumed the majority ownership of the company. After a successful restructuring and consolidation of the company operations carried out by the Meteor Group, Labud built the foundations for further successful development and business growth. The very next year, Labud increased its revenues and profits, starting a new chapter in its rich history.

Meteor Group is a consumer goods manufacturer that unifies the companies Badel, Badel1862, Labud and Meteor. The business operations are divided into two divisions: manufacturing of cleaning agents and lanterns as well as vinegar, wine and strong alcoholic beverages.
